To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿心歡喜特登去北角食閩南菜，主打想食土筍凍，見上網寫$10一件，去到餐牌寫$12，唔緊要，照叫，食物嚟到之後，侍應話今日會加價， 變$15，見都已經叫左，都唔係爭得多就無同佢爭論，不過好失望，唔好食又唔新鮮。另外叫左蠔餅，不過不失。鹽水鴨，餐牌寫7x，落單呀姐又話呢個價錢既無晒，今晚得番$98，大份d, 諗住一場後黎到都試下，點知得幾舊，勁鹹。覺得間野好唔老實，餐牌價錢同最後價錢都唔同，啲嘢又唔好食，一定無下次。
