To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日跟朋友去中環PMQ 和 大館 遊逛，一向知道在中上環特別多古色古香餐廳，剛巧在上環見到一間充滿香港懷舊復古的特式冰室，榮華南洋冰室，大廈以粉綠色外牆使主調，顯得餐廳份外特別，所以我們決定進去吃個下午茶，這個時間還好，餐廳不算太多人。我們點了南洋全日早餐$88、常餐金邊粉配蒜香牛油雞翼$58、熱檸水、熱檸茶。南洋全日早餐 - 非常豐富，有雞翼、多士、熱狗腸、薯角、炒蛋、酸青瓜、蕃茄，個人較喜歡炒蛋和雞翼，港式招牌味道，不錯不錯！常餐金邊粉配蒜香牛油雞翼 - 金邊粉口感硬度適中，湯式夠熱。總評：地點有點難找，整體極具香港特式。
