除左日山之外,呢間日本壽喜燒係另一間極力推介級別💪🏻小仙子話要早成個月就要book定😱小🐷表示佩服😛介紹返門面先,有bar枱位置同卡位,我地被安排到bar枱位置,可以望到師傅係面前壽喜燒架😍點左Sukiyaki set(有肉眼、西冷同2塊牛肩),其中一set加左牛舌,先黎前菜,擺碟好靚🤩有三文魚魚籽、菠菜沙律、豌豆銀杏好似車厘子咁串住😛好有心思!甜薯亦好清甜!之後係蒸蛋,上面都係菇類🍄會按時節有所更改架主角A4和牛出場,師傅會先喺鍋上鋪上薄薄嘅砂糖,再放上A4和牛,咁會令到A4和牛有層焦香,望住製作過程,比日山更好😗師傅會因應你嘅速度烹調和牛,同詢問你甜度係咪適中,咁就可以即刻食到和牛嘅精髓,唔會凍左🥰師傅會配上唔同嘅蔬菜,有洋蔥、豆腐、蒟蒻麵等! 牛舌其實不一定要加,始終不及和牛😛職員強調要留肚食滑蛋飯,其實已經好full,不過點都要試試💪🏻蛋吸收哂和牛既精華,真係好想成碗食咗佢..可惜太飽🤪最後到甜品,生日可預先通知,Happy Birthday擺碟好靚😍甜品有梨奶凍同啫喱! 呢度會埋枱燒,比日山優勝,不過日山望到維港同選用A5和牛😗各有特色啦!記住要預早book啦!
