To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前去紫粵軒多數是中午時段，欣賞其環境及座位分佈給人舒適的感覺，而且點心及炒飯麵例如龍蝦湯脆米泡飯質素好，服務也很好。今次因慶祝生日，又見酒樓推出套餐，菜式似乎不錯，網上預付又有折扣，所以特別來捧場，結果並沒有讓我們失望，的確性價比很高。套餐(每客人計)包括大蝦帶子沙律、竹笙花膠羹、脆皮牛坑腩(脆皮可口牛腩入口夠腍身)、黑蒜燴海參、海藻浸菜苗、紫粵軒炒香苗(熱度很夠)、雪耳燉木瓜(熱度夠)及桂花紅棗糕。另外因為是會籍平台apps的會員，還得到一客免費壽桃飽。個餐本身份量已足夠，每款菜式都很足料，加埋壽桃飽是豐富得不能再豐富。要特別讚酒樓的員工服務到位，不會過於殷勤，但又適當及迅速地回應到客人要求。曾經光顧過一些價錢貴一大截的酒店及米芝蓮級中菜廳，亦未必能給客人這種舒適的服務。
