【極上和牛盛宴$1580】主角上場啦,啲牛肉唔係亂擺,而係根據返牛肉所屬部位嘅位置。每個部位嘅牛肉色澤、紋理都唔同。仲有張圖介紹唔同部位嘅肉味、咬口同油花等級。店員建議次序係由淡至濃咁食,一於跟足。

每個部位嘅牛肉都非常高質,印象比較深刻有:
【極上和牛牛舌】今次真係俾佢「fake咗」。一食落去已經feel到好多牛油,明明牛舌應該唔多油,睇返張圖油花都只有一級,但一級已經咁豐富,而且口感亦不失爽脆,果然係極上和牛。

【牛肩】肉中間有條透明嘅筋,但條筋食落完全唔韌,筋嘅兩邊油花分佈唔同,好特別。口感係咁多部位之中最好,爽口,有啲彈牙。

【什菜盤$88】咁多肉落咗肚,要食蔬菜平衡返。鮮冬菇菇味豐富,雞脾菇同南瓜片都幾甜,高纖維幫助消化解脂。最好係食兩三款燒肉就燒下啲蔬菜食,減低膩感。
