幾年前曾經在京都清水寺附近品嘗過牛吉列,可惜牛肉有筋,印象不佳。近年牛吉列風吹到香港,久聞琥酌出色,今次終於約到朋友試食。晚市6:00入座,三人各點一份安格斯牛吉列,再配300ml氣泡酒。漬菇酸酸地幾開胃,沙律同配飯都不錯。主食方面,牛肉擺上火爐稍微煎香兩面,外脆内軟非常好味,蘸柚子胡椒更添鹹香。火爐係用啫喱燃點,欣賞侍應留意到火勢轉弱時,就會立即更換,夠細心。最後以山葵雪糕作結,山葵味突出,幾得意,但就談不上必食...
