To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大埔地膽介紹嚟到呢間離大埔墟站不遠嘅粉麵小店，原本只係諗住簡簡單單食碗麵，點知驚喜無限，念念不忘朋友一坐低，先問有冇魚麵，原來好多時都會提早賣晒，確認後就二話不說叫咗個牛腩魚麵，見佢咁決絕，一於跟！其實冇試過出街食魚麵，唔係好知係咩嚟，仲諗住好似蝦子麵嗰啲魚蓉麵。點知碗麵嚟到，啲麵原來好似上海粗炒咁嘅樣，仲要超級香噴噴！一食落去超彈口，好香魚味，其實就好似食緊好多條狀嘅魚蛋咁，雖然啲牛腩都夠林好好味，但係其實就算唔單食魚麵都已經好好味
