哩日係daddy生日,我地決定一家大細去食海鮮餐,諗住貴d就貴d啦。結果到o左通記,d服務生服務唔好唔再講,我地等o左陣位就上o左樓上坐然後我地放低o野就到樓下揀海鮮,我地揀左隻長腳蟹,十隻飽魚,半條龍躉,10隻扇貝6個人都夠食啦,然後就上o左去講返佢地知點整。d 餸o既賣相係唔錯o既,不過最好食只係碟鮑魚,佢真係好鮮甜,唔點豉油食都好夠味,雖然只係清蒸,冇特別點處理,但睇得出好乾淨,而且真係好大隻好厚肉,有半隻手掌(女)咁大。如果10分滿分,佢都有8分半o既。第二碟就係個燒鵝,唔記得影相,因為冇諗過係咁難食,又凍又un又冇味,連個賣相都係勁差o家,一味得個鹹字,如果唔係咁難食,我都唔會上o黎寫食評,仲要賣到咁貴,我拎d錢去捐o左佢都冇咁嬲。第三碟就係粉絲蒸扇貝,個樣好得o家,但係d粉絲點完豉油都冇味o家,係勁淡,一個字--差。不過因為扇貝好新鮮,所以食落有鮮甜味,但我覺得唔關d廚事囉。如果頭先碟鮑魚要靠豉油先有味,咁就真係死得啦。第四碟就係椒絲腐乳唐生菜,因為冇咩特別,所以都冇影到相。唔作詳講啦!!第五碟緊係主菜啦,俾大家睇下有幾大隻先,緊係唔執輸同佢影下合照啦!!二千幾蚊隻喎我地問

我地問d服務員點整好,佢就答我:清蒸又得,點食都得,鬼都知啦,答埋d廢話,仲好似好唔滿意行o左去。我地再叫另一個,然後冇再問佢地,
就決定隻蟹d腳仔就用地清蒸,中間就芝士焗啦,應該ok la掛。

到o左d餸o黎到o個刻,首先係腳仔,因為係清蒸,真係我都識呀,因為佢真係就咁放上碟蒸。因為隻蟹好新鮮,所以真係幾好味o既。

然後到碟芝士焗長腳蟹蓋啦,個賣相我覺得唔係特別好,已經冇咩好感。因為d麵好似乾淨淨咁,張相d汁,一lo就冇晒,點俾咁多麵用。食落口,一d都唔好食,因為d麵仲淡過多水o既出前一丁,又冇芝士味,10分最多都係得2分囉。2千幾蚊咁煮法真係好嬲囉,真係唔抵食。d肉係有鮮味,但係因為隻蟹靚囉,嬲到我地想唔俾錢走人呀。

到最後o黎埋碟龍躉,真係....想死,當然都係冇味o既豉油啦,真係想知d豉油係咪貴得咁可憐,點解哩間o野可以咁唔掂,條魚蒸得太過老,又唔夠味,完全好似....白焯咁....真係哩世都唔會再幫襯,永無下次 ><
