《四寶》越開越多分店,今次係旺角分店食左個最出名既蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯,一上枱個下哇左出聲,豬扒超級大塊,成隻碟咁大,而且厚身嫩滑,連骨,啖啖口,唔係用刀拍到佢扁薄個種。我個人麻麻地半生熟蛋,所以略嫌隻煎蛋太生。蔥油味道同燒味舖個種有啲唔同,比較淡,亦都冇薑味,如果鐘意傳統薑蔥油既朋友可能會有啲失望。另外豉油亦略嫌唔夠濃,就算撈埋豉油同蔥油,味道都唔夠香濃。佢份量真係好多,我一個女仔最後都食唔哂塊豬扒,$60連飲品有呢個質素同份量實在值得一讚。
