To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等了幾星期，終於有天可以同老婆開心出黎食餐飯，唸住食好d ，所以來了酒店裡的餐廳，紫粵軒食中菜。由於費事煩，直接點了個Happy Meal 套餐($418/head) ，點知就出事了....七點半點菜，不斷催促再催促下，七點九，八點，八點三，最後八點半才上第一度前菜，已經等到沒心情了，然後，八點九才開始以慢速上菜...真的很不是味兒....最後等到九點半才上完最後一度菜。真的花了兩小時多，才以吃快餐的速度完成進食。是一次很不愉快的經歷....
