️來自米芝蓮Omakase師傅🇯🇵 親民價錢矜貴食材!-呢間唔起眼嘅小店,師傅來自米芝蓮二星Omakase壽司芳,曾經同壽司界鬼才Chef Hiroki工作多年,呢個價錢,田中諗唔到理由唔食。-🍣廚師發辦 (每件~$8至$40)田中呢個係二人聖誕派對盛(~$680),由廚師發辦。而單點亦得,款式同魚料並唔常見,值得一試再試。-🦐刺身:龍蝦膏赤蝦、西柚白子、白味噌劍魚腩、磯煮鮑魚、帆立貝海膽、和風鰹魚1️⃣並非普通一片片刺身,而係用上各種細膩配搭,食得刁鑽。2️⃣例如濃郁龍蝦膏,鋪上三文魚子,配爽口厚肉赤蝦,各種鮮味爆發,令人驚喜。3️⃣秋冬時令白子,甘香滑嫩。帆立貝海膽,足料誘人,款款都搭配得宜。-🍣壽司:深海池魚、真鯛、金目鯛、油甘魚、各種白身魚1️⃣各種時令空運鮮魚,唔係一般壽司店食到,壽司飯即叫即握,未經冷凍,酸硬度亦顯出功架。2️⃣師傅善用各種醬料搭配,調味精準,外賣店黎講,水準十足,絕對罕有。-🍙太卷:吞拿魚、三文魚、經典太卷太卷層次極豐富,例如吞拿魚亦用上幾種部位,脂香十足,有驚喜。👍🏻9/10
