To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到天仁茗茶做緊推廣，用匯豐信用卡茶飲或者雪糕可以買一送一，即刻同女朋友去幫襯。可能推廣優惠太吸引，平時唔洗排隊嘅店鋪竟然大排長龍。我同女朋友排咗十分鐘左右先至到收銀。女朋友想食抹茶雪糕，但店員話只係得返鐵觀音味，有啲可惜，但排咗咁耐無理由唔食嘅。雪糕嘅鐵觀音茶味都幾出，賣相都唔錯。但可能實在太多人買、turnover 太高，雪糕明顯唔夠凍，有啲水水地嘅感覺。越食就越融得快，幾分鐘後就融晒變成鐵觀音茶...根本食唔切。唉，落得如此下場，有啲失望。其實雪糕機整唔切唔夠凍，可以暫停售賣一下。品質嘅穩定都幾重要。
