To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每月必到的西餐廳，之前次次都掛住食又唔記得影相，門面係酒吧原來佢廚房出品很多美食，自問嘴刁的我們，心思思最少每個月最少來兩次，食物出品水準頗高，穩定，大眾化價錢，性價比高決定寫個食評分享一下，今次又叫左好多Nachos黑椒牛柳粒炸薯皮芝士水牛芝士條炸魚薯條蜜糖雞翼蟹肉天使麵西冷牛扒（必食又唔記得影相）甜品Apple Crumble （又唔記得影相）同場加映當日家父牛一，自帶蛋糕去唔收切餅費，侍應拎蛋糕出嚟時，自動帶領唱生日歌
