日式燒鳥(焼き鳥)係一款喺日本好受歡迎嘅燒烤小食,通常係將雞肉切成小塊,用竹籤穿起嚟再用炭火燒烤,食落好Juicy。啲燒鳥常常會配上酸檸檬片或者醬油膏嚟提味,令口感更豐富。仲會提供唔同部位嘅燒鳥,例如雞心、雞肝、雞腸等等,食盡成隻雞每一部分。今晚去呢一間日本餐廳試佢哋嘅日式燒鳥,都有好多唔同款式嘅燒鳥。其中雞食道係我第一次食,彎彎曲曲拮係竹籤之上,燒到煙韌爽脆,口感好過癮。雞頸肉又彈牙又多汁。仲煙肉包芝士、雞翼、雞胗、糯米雞肉卷、秋葵、番薯都好好食。佢哋每一台都有六款唔同味道嘅調味料,山椒粉、一味粉、七味粉、咖哩鹽、抹茶鹽、柚子鹽味。另味道更加豐富。配上清酒或者綠茶,同朋友一齊講笑食燒鳥嘅感覺好悠閒舒適。最後甜品叫個抹茶蕨餅,消一消熱氣。呢間樓上店仲有戶外座位,吹吹風感覺更爽。
