朋友生日話想食韓燒,我一諗就諗起尖沙咀la~~大家都想搵間平又好味既,於是俾我搵到呢間舖韓膳宮。入到去,原來成層樓都係韓膳宮,好大好寬敞舒服ar….食主菜之前,就好似平時d韓國餐廳咁,送上6 碟前菜開開胃sin,有泡菜,蘿蔔,芥蘭,醃製大豆芽,醃製魚干同青瓜。黎得食韓國野,人蔘雞湯係我一定要叫既野。呢個湯不之幾足料,有成隻雞肶之餘仲會見到有人蔘,可能係個湯太香濃,所以有少少甘甘地苦苦地既味道,但大家都可以飲得到。當我地飲緊湯既時候,餐廳店員就開始同我地準備燒肉la~~亦係呢樣服務令我地覺得好窩心,可以令客人有更多既時間談天說地。一開始見到已經令大家嘩一聲,大大件不特止,仲可以切到咁薄,肥瘦分明,非常肥美。原來店員係燒之前仲會切成細細件,咁就更容易熟又唔會好韌。再沾滿佢地特製既醬汁及香蒜,特別惹味。再加上生菜包住,冇咁油膩。牛舌夠薄爽口,大約燒一燒十秒到就剛剛好,軟腍入味,有入口即溶的感覺。隻隻蝦都係成隻手指咁大,新鮮完全冇雪藏味,燒完d肉質爽彈鮮味,唔會霉,完全冇乾既感覺。食完燒既野,大家見個肚仲有d位,所以就叫左店員推介既蛋拌生牛肉絲,開頭我真係有d 怕怕,除左刺身會食生之外,都冇試

食完燒既野,大家見個肚仲有d位,所以就叫左店員推介既蛋拌生牛肉絲,開頭我真係有d 怕怕,除左刺身會食生之外,都冇試過把生野放入口,但見到個個朋友食完一啖都話頂呱呱,就憑住個勇字去試一試la~~點知一食就唔停得口,嫩滑既牛肉入口冇腥味,再撈埋蛋,紅蘿蔔絲,白蘿蔔絲,青瓜絲,生蒜頭絲同麻油,入口即溶,令我好想再Encore lor~~
