這個燒豬肝非常值得推介,吃前還怕會有點腥味,原來一點也沒有,由於厚切的關係可以留有肉汁,口感更軟滑。至於豚肉秋葵卷 及豚肉露筍卷 ,兩者豬肉味道及質感相近,但個覺得前者較佳,因為露筍的味道較清淡,秋葵前較濃味,而且有多厚次的口感
