To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

A4黑毛和牛壽喜燒 ($148+$35轉套餐)吉列魷魚圈 (加配$38)牛油帆立貝蟹籽茶漬飯 ($118)和牛一上枱就已經見到佢嘅脂肪比例好靚🤩食落口亦都覺得好滑完全唔靭，唔似係求其俾啲普普通通嘅牛你食個種😏而壽喜燒嘅份量都係相當之多，一個人都真係未必食得哂🤣A4級嘅黑毛和牛真係唔係周圍都有，而且價錢絕對唔貴，牛魔王嚟到嘅真係不妨一試🥩🤤魷魚圈🦑大概有10舊左右，而佢嘅炸粉都係好薄食落口都唔會覺得太油，啱哂想食煎炸野但又驚食到成口油嘅我😌😌而茶漬飯就有好香嘅牛油味，如果唔怕辣嘅可以試下將wasabi加埋落啲飯到，再加茶將佢地溝埋一齊食，都係一種特別得嚟又好食嘅感覺👍🏻然後要讚嘅就絕對係有兩粒超大嘅帆立貝，好有鮮味🤩嚟多幾粒我都食得到🤭唯獨係如果飯嘅份量多返少少就會更加好😚😚最後，其實鋪頭比較上似係一間唔介意大家坐好耐嘅鋪頭😆因為入面有街機，桌球，仲未好多唔同嘅board game俾大家去玩😍😍假如唔識玩嘅話都可以問在場嘅職員，佢哋會耐心教你玩架！下次真係要叫多幾個fd一齊嚟先得😎評分：9/10
