To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人在中環返工~ 自然放假免得過都唔會去中環, 今日有朋友約去中環扮偽文青,小清新, 影下相食下TEA, 橫惦無野做咪去下囉~ 行完PMQ個邊, 向上環行, 發現在一間食主打東南亞風味既冰室(榮華南洋凍室), 又行到攰攰地就坐低食佢啦~ 未入去之前已經俾佢既地板同招牌吸引住~ 好星加波FEEL~ 打卡一流~ 打開個MENU, 已經俾一個叫南洋特色常餐吸引住~ $58 有一個粉面+ 炒蛋+火腿+腸仔+牛油多士+飲品, 啱哂大食既朋友~個面仲可以揀福字面~ 真係出咗黎做野之後都好耐冇食過福面~ 好有兒時味道丫~ 另外再叫咗個咖吔西多士, 咖吔哩家野真係有二十年無食過~ 點可以唔收丫~ 西多士入面滿滿都係咖吔, 勁香口~ 我可以話係我食過最好味既西多士~ 可能我仲意食咖吔啦~ 不要插~ 值得推介的優閒冰室
