現在又來到榴槤當造的季節了,適逢最近都會海逸酒店推出了榴槤下午茶自助餐,只需 $250便可以一次過品嚐多種榴槤甜品,所以今天我便帶我男友來這裡品嚐一下了既然是下午茶自助餐,大家便不要期望有什麼「昂貴」的食物了,當中凍海鮮就只有青口和凍蝦而已,而且亦沒有任何牛扒,羊架,燒春雞等肉類所以我便轉攻今次的「主題」~ 榴槤甜品,而今次「榴槤盛宴」總共有六款榴槤甜品,現在我便遂一向大家介紹一下No.1【榴槤流心撻】廚師派發這款甜品是六款榴槤甜品之中,味道最為出色的一份,我和男友都特別喜歡,所以覺得最值得推薦給大家由於是即叫即焗,所以撻皮十分酥脆鬆軟,軟綿香糯,一刀切下去的時候,內裡的流心榴槤岩漿便立即傾巢而出,我們滿口都充滿著淡淡的榴槤氣息,讓人口舌生香,吮指回味No.2【榴槤流心布甸】廚師派發在榴槤撻的旁邊,便是這份榴槤流心布甸,雖然它同樣都是即叫即製,但是味道卻比剛才的榴槤撻遜色得多了雖然酒店稱它為布甸,但是無論是它的賣相抑或是味道都更像酒樓的馬拉糕,口感軟綿綿的,可惜內裡的流心榴槤岩漿卻是敗筆之作,質感相當水稀稀之餘,亦欠缺榴槤的香氣,給人一種淡而無味的感覺No.3【榴槤班戟】廚師派發除了榴

最後便是人的質素問題!有一部分香港人的性格就是「貪小便宜,執輸行頭慘過敗家」,所以當無限任取的時候,有些人便一次過直接取6~7件,導致最後只有很少數人可以品嚐得到,特別是榴槤蛋糕最為「搶手」,我亦只是有緣看過一次,之後便轉了其他食物了
所以個人認為如果想杜絕這個問題,酒店應該把這三款 甜品也改為由廚師即場派發,而且每次亦只限一人一件,這樣大家便不需再瘋狂「搶奪」了!

總結來說,可能是價錢太便宜的關係,感覺上今次 自助餐的食物質素以及水準都嚴重下降了,大部分食物的味道都只是不過不失而已,有部分榴槤甜品更需要和其他人去「搶奪」,一點也沒有五星級酒店應有的服務水平,感覺上更像是來到四星級酒店的自助餐....可惜今年我已經搶購不到其他酒店的榴槤英式下午茶,所以唯有等到下年再去品嚐了
