榴槤控新寵!榴槤cheesecake❤早排去咗泰國,返到香港超掛住榴槤,不過又未到榴槤季節,有日經過返工附近呢間餐廳買咖啡,竟然畀我聞到榴槤嘅香味!腦細話係新出嘅榴槤cheesecake... 梗係要買嚟試試要等嗰 cheesecake 解凍,2個鐘得先食得。(嗰包裝好靚)終於可以食,外表有焦糖。食落發現原來榴槤芝士蛋糕係可以咁好食!既可以食到榴槤香又唔會cover咗啲芝士味,無違和感,真係好match!不過略嚴餅底太厚身、唔夠脆,可能我太心急未解晒凍,真係食得好開心!即使唔鍾意食榴槤嘅朋友仔都肯試一啖,完全唔抗拒。老闆仲話遲啲會有earl gray或者其他新味,超期待🤤!
