耀華街早已成了甜品街,有"聰嫂"及"沛公"兩間出名的甜品店座鎮,晚上都變得非常熱鬧,尤其是"聰嫂"那邊,可以用人氣鼎盛來形容!我是第一次來沛公,被他五花百門的甜品所吸引,不單止造型靚,就連甜品名也改得生鬼有趣。這漂亮的芒果花名叫 "心花怒放",外型攞足100分,可惜只是虛有其表,芒果開始微黑,仲要酸到無朋友。放於底部的芒果布甸由班戟皮包住,味道好普通。這 "榴盤" 份量十足,索價$198元,有榴槤焦糖燉蛋、榴槤班戟、榴槤糯米糍。榴槤焦糖燉蛋做得不錯,但實在太 heavy,建議此 set 要起碼有3-4人先好叫來分享。榴槤班戟友人十欣分賞,說夠 creamy,但我略嫌班戟皮硬了少許。榴槤糯米糍的糯米皮不算軟熟,榴槤肉都算香,但奇怪的是我和朋友都嚐到辛辣的味道,舌尖輕微麻卑,唔知係唔係佢地整糯米糍的時候落多咗啲乜嘢....總括而言,我認為沛公採用的生果都不夠靚,除了芒果太酸外,榴槤味道亦不夠濃郁。唔怪得"聰嫂"受歡迎咁多啦!

總括而言,我認為沛公採用的生果都不夠靚,除了芒果太酸外,榴槤味道亦不夠濃郁。唔怪得"聰嫂"受歡迎咁多啦!
