位於荃灣中染大廈的 The Sloth是一間新開業的泰國 fusion 菜,餐廳以木色、擺放了不少綠色植物作為裝修,彷彿置身樹林裡用餐,讓人有種放下都市的重擔,慢活地欣賞及享受食物的美味。1️⃣椰青美式咖啡 ($55),從沒想過椰青可以跟咖啡拉上關係,很新穎的配搭,吸引到我平時晚上少飲咖啡都要叫返一個黎飲。椰青很清甜,75ml濃縮了的 Americano焦香味重,椰青最好先飲了1/3左右再加入咖啡,又不把咖啡溝得太淡,同多了一份椰青水的甜味,配搭清新。2️⃣ 恐龍下蛋 ($39),朱古力配雲呢拿雪糕,冰冰涼涼,夏天很有消暑的感覺。3️⃣ 泰式素菜春卷($68),春卷主要是紅蘿蔔絲、木耳絲,炸得香脆可口。4️⃣ 泰式生蝦 • 天使紅蝦 ($148),一杯杯的刺身天使紅蝦賣相已經令人讚嘆,每一隻刺身蝦的蝦肉脹卜卜,非常新鮮,味道鮮甜,蝦身肉質細嫩柔滑,浸在泰式辣醬酸酸甜甜,香甜開胃。每一隻還加了粒粒的魚子醬作為點綴,令賣相更上一層樓。5️⃣ 松葉蟹肉配青芒莎莎蝦片 ($138),每一片薄薄脆脆的蝦片滿載住一絲絲的松葉蟹肉,很甜很鮮味,而且份量也不少,還有粒粒脹卜卜三文魚籽、非常甜的芒果粒,連用以裝飾的蝶豆花也

8️⃣ 椰香泡泡芒果糯米飯 ($68),送上枱已聞到陣陣的椰香味,糯米飯蒸至半透明,與椰漿混為一體,鹹中帶甜,芒果肉香味多汁,很有水準,而且伴碟的紫色乾花增加整碟的色彩。

這間餐廳除了用餐環境靚外,食物質素更是津津有味,價錢又算是合理,連食物的配搭、伴碟裝飾都可見餐廳花了不少心思,令人賞心悅目,真是值得讚賞😋😋👍🏼
