29/3(日) 7:30pm餞別友人W小姐的飯局隱當地選了個人高度評價的"花滿樓".年前的情人節首訪中環,得到喜出望外的收獲.是晚延續食浪,我倆叩門其尖沙咀店.貫徹摩登中菜館格局,環境骨子舒坦,此外還設戶外座.我倆坐於室內的闊卡座,點了上海炒年糕$55,黑醋魚塊$78,素餡湯餃$40及芝麻肉鬆大餅$30.起首殷勤的服務生先端來餐前小吃,素翅,醃花生及菜甫,盛惠$10.上海炒年糕--以上海粗炒的材料及製法,以煙韌年糕取代粗麵,效果不俗.年糕入味而不太膩口,醬汁均勻地沾透年糕上.黑醋魚塊--桂魚塊香脆可口,魚肉厚身實在,肉質鮮味昭然,黑醋及紫薑之味跟魚塊融為一體,非同凡響的黑醋魚塊!素餡湯餃--上湯以雞湯及金華火腿熬製,濃郁非常!至於素餃以雪菜,冬菇,白菜及蘿蔔作餡,層次多樣化.清爽多汁的素餃!芝麻肉鬆大餅--大餅煎至滴油不沾,外層鬆脆之餘更富芝麻香,包身軟綿,且啖出點點麵粉香;夾中的肉鬆助其增味.教人樂不思蜀的"花滿樓"!
