To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期樂富的午後,我步入木兆餐廳,點了一份經典下午茶:**特選鮮奶滑蛋三文治**,配上一杯**新鮮冷壓檸檬水**。三文治端上桌,金黃的烘底多士帶著微微焦香,內裡夾著滑嫩的炒蛋,簡單卻不失誘惑。一口咬下,烘底多士的酥脆與蛋的柔嫩交織,鮮奶的香氣悠悠浮現,帶來一絲溫暖。然而,整體稍微偏乾,若能多些醬料潤色,或許更完美。飲品則是一抹清新的對比。冷壓檸檬水酸甜適中,酸度恰到好處,不過分刺激,反而有種自然的甘甜,洗滌了口中的油膩感,令味蕾重拾平衡。這一餐雖然簡單,但卻是午後的一份恬靜。32元的價錢,對得起這份質感。若再來,我或許會試試其他三文治變奏,期待新的驚喜。
