一家大細有老人家揾間坐得舒服啲嘅地方食團年飯, 過時過節都好難book到地方,朋友介紹到沙田小瀝源恆生管理學院嘅中菜廳, 對面嗰啲村屋有錶位可以泊車,呢度冇限食嘢嘅時段,唔使趕住走。等人嘅時候阿女嗌肚餓叫咗個脆炸豆腐, 公公婆婆都爭住食。先上熱辣辣嘅菜遠炒牛肉,牛肉淋菜心嫩, 師傅手勢唔錯表弟鍾意椒鹽炸鮮魷, 一上枱個個爭住食, 美味可口!公公點咗士多啤梨一字排, 酸酸甜甜佢最鍾意店員介紹炸海鮮卷,雖然得六塊, 大大條兩個人share都夠。阿女點咗個家鄉煎蓮藕餅,好香口,師傅可能來自順德,呢個菜整得唔錯,好好食跟住係妹夫最鍾意嘅發財南乳豬手, 炆得好林好入味!個沙薑雞熱辣辣上,可惜畀婆婆發現隻雞斬完再蒸返熱,有啲韌,冇乜雞味最後先上清蒸海斑,食慣海鮮嘅公公發現呢條魚蒸熟後廚師冇放上熱熟油,只係得蔥白絲同埋得個甜字嘅豉油,確實有啲失敗,嘥咗條咁新鮮嘅魚桂花糕應該係用咗大菜糕去整,爽口。個蛋散可能炸好之後受潮,咬落去唔脆,韌咗。好彩最後餐廳送上果皮紅豆沙,煲得唔錯,呢個師傅有料到
