囡囡考完試,一齊去銅鑼灣行街。 大個女了, 同佢去間樓上意大利餐廳食好嘢。呢到地方唔大,點住昏暗燈光, 播住流行英文曲, 最鍾意佢嘅open bar, 夠型 !餐牌嘅菜式真係唔知佢寫乜 全靠睇粉紅色嗰啲英文先知道叫咩好。我哋一人叫咗一個set dinner。 Daily soup 粟米湯, 湯味濃郁。StarterMussels 白酒煮青口白酒加埋蒜頭,洋蔥,香茜,個source好好味。Scallops 焗扇貝 (+$38)扇貝夠嫩,最難得個青豆蓉, 我同囡囡平時都唔鍾意食青豆,嫌有青草味, 但呢個冇喎,仲好好味Main DishBistecca 安格斯牛扒 (+$70)我哋兩個都想食牛扒, 咁就一人一個。我哋怕生,所以叫咗七成熟。個牛扒好厚呀,雖然七成熟,仍然嫩,表面微焦,好香牛味,一口一口吃,好享受呀 。最特別個底係用椰菜花同菠菜打成蓉墊住, 非常軟綿綿同好味Dessert Chef dessert of the day 厨師精選今日係朱古力蛋糕朱古力味好香濃,實實地。Creme Brulee (+$25)法式焦糖燉蛋, 面頭有伯爵茶吉士,焦糖 ,唔會過甜,幾特別。滿意的一頓晚餐
