近期愛上東南亞菜,放工後約朋友到就近餐廳晚膳。朋友推介這間開業二十多年的泰菜,聽說由泰藉廚師主理,質素有保証。餐廳裝修美輪美奐,金光閃閃,充滿泰國風情。先來一客香芒牛油果軟殻蟹卷 米紙卷口感層次豐富,軟殼蟹夠脆口。芒果中和了軟殻蟹的油膩,清新爽口,作餐前小食不錯。分別點了豬、牛、雞 串燒,雞肉嫩滑,牛肉吃起來有點韌,豬肉則較有咬感。串燒蘸醬濃稠惹味,跟串燒十分相配。拼盤份量比一般餐廳大,有蝦餅、魚餅、春卷、豬肉碎及生菜包 。蝦餅熱辣辣上枱,外皮脆口,內裡蝦肉彈牙。魚餅比蝦餅鬆軟,濃濃泰式香料味。生菜包微辣醒胃,值得一試!金邊粉由蛋絲包圍而成,賣相吸引~煙煙韌韌, 味道酸酸甜甜, 令人食指大動!吃時加點青檸汁,更添風味~餐廳食物款式蠻多,我地都期待下次試試這裡的南瓜咖喱海鮮 及 芒果糯米飯!
