To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢晚朋友約左我黎呢到食飯，隱世樓上cafe🍴聽朋友講之前呢到會有live band聽，不過依傢因為疫情問題所以暫時停左。不過環境有d懷舊感覺，入到黎感覺都幾舒適。晚餐花多眼亂，揀左好耐先諗到食乜🤣食西餐一定要跟埋套餐😂食西餐點可以唔飲湯唔食包呢～朋友叫左呢個西冷牛扒，外面都煎得好靚。朋友叫左5成熟，都煎得岩岩好唔會過熟，肉質唔硬好林身👍🏻我就叫左肉眼眼牛扒，肉眼比西冷就比較大塊d。而我就叫左全熟，不過就算全熟都唔會過硬，牛扒肉質唔差。同朋友再叫左個炸魚薯條一齊share食，即叫即炸，魚柳幾新鮮無雪藏味，而且份量都好大碟，好夠食。
