雞腎質感爽脆,毫不韌實。


無可否認,不論選用食材、環境抑或是服務質素都稱心如意,可惜定價實在過份進取,只有爐端燒部分價格較為合理,譬如一小個冷番茄索價八十元實在物非所值;加上除了爐端燒水準較高值得一試之外,部分食物如慢煮牛肉沙律水準令人大失所望,觀及其價錢更突顯與質素不成正比,希望下次再臨一試位於二樓及三樓的壽司及鐵板燒時能令人刮目相看。
