呢間位於太子嘅日本菜/居酒屋,店舖小小但裏面嘅裝修都幾日系同精緻,有木系和風榻榻米,仲有日式燈籠牆同大仿櫻花樹,打卡幾靚餐廳食物選擇都多,有燒物、串燒、日式小食、丼飯、麵食、鍋物,我地每款都叫咗啲櫻花蝦伴豆腐係好簡單就可以做到嘅日式小食,加左少少醋都幾清新。熱食甲羅燒裏面釀左好多蟹膏,仲有隻蛋黃仔俾你撈勻,令到個味道更加鮮甜,配埋少少飯團一齊食啱啱好至於串燒我哋嗌咗雞軟骨、鵪鶉蛋牛/豚肉卷串、鹽燒牛舌同雞腎,串燒大致燒得香口,不過唯一調味有少少過鹹,仲叫咗燒白鰻魚,因為見呢個比較少有,白鰻魚表面都燒得乾同脆身,裏面都保留到juicy同肉質滑溜,點埋小小豉油同Wasabi一齊食個配撘都幾得意。飲品有alcoholic/non-alcoholic揀,今次揀咗梳打同果汁,其實佢啲啤酒同汽酒都幾抵飲㗎,可以考慮過嚟啤啤佢
