To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

橋下的茶餐廳

這天跟男友去會展看展覽，之前先吃點東西，最就腳就是橋下的這間茶餐廳。雖然在灣仔返工都幾個月了，但也沒試過這間呢！平日午飯時間見呢間餐廳好多客，應該都唔會差~男友叫咗午餐的香煎雞扒配飯，超快就有。扒係連骨，超級大塊，仲香噴噴添!! 芡汁同坊間茶餐廳的相對較淡一點~我叫了下午茶的炸雞脾沙律，餐牌上已列明炸脾需時，即叫即炸的意思。大概等了10分鐘左右，熱辣辣香噴噴送上，也是非常大隻，大連鎖快餐店的成倍!!皮脆內軟，肉汁也鎖著，近骨的雞肉有少少粉紅，不過係熟既~~沙律似係附屬品咁，好細兜同只有罐頭雜果撈沙律醬，普普通通~總計99蚊，以這個地段來說算好平了~
