天氣開始轉凍嘅日子,最適合就係打邊爐或者食串燒,但係如果二選一,我會選擇後者,因為夠晒風味。潮式三寶又點少得牛肉丸,牛筋丸,牛肉餅。三款牛寶都爽口彈牙,牛味濃郁。燒茄子係我每次食串燒必叫嘅菜式,大大條茄子被燒得軟淋,加上大量蒜蓉同秘製醬料,永遠都最能夠俘虜我嘅心。令我食得一啖接一啖。韭菜亦係我蔬菜類串燒嘅至愛之一,最鍾意佢吸晒D醬汁,用嚟餸洒一流。極力推介依款肥腸串燒,令我食完一串之後再encore。經過滷水嘅肥腸再拎去燒,入味又帶點香脆,亦唔會有肥膩感。令我有驚喜嘅一款串燒,豆腐皮外層被燒得微脆,內裏帶點Q彈,再包住爽爽嘅韭菜。牛舌雖然只係薄切但夠爽口而且不失牛味。加上黑胡椒嘅調味夠晒惹味。
