To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

機場酒店自助餐

公眾假期同另一半去遠啲搵食，預訂咗天際萬豪酒店午市自助餐，到達時間中午12點，已經見到不少人進場，侍應生安排我們座在窗邊位置，跟著出去行個圈睇有咩食先，有刺身，海鮮冷盆，炸物，熱盆，串燒，點心，燒味，甜品。刺身只有幾款都算新鮮，海鮮冷盆亦新鮮。我最鍾意食點心，雖然只有乾蒸牛肉及燒賣，但都食咗幾轉，其他嘢都啱我味道，今日開胃食咗好多嘢，相對其他自助餐呢間算擇唔算多，勝在合我們心水，大部分都是我們會選的食物，唔錯。坐迎窗邊一點後太陽曬有啲熱，快快食完去下場節目。
