To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次收工黎SkyCity Marriott飲, 見到海鮮Buffet做到9月都想揾日落機黎食, 今日Happy Friday係時候了, 知道機場Staff weekday 有8折, weekend 85折嘅優惠更加要食餐勁der🤤. 由機場去酒店搭每每半個鐘一班嘅Free Shuttle勁方便.>就喺Lobby層嘅Sky Bistro入面勁大, 枱櫈又新淨, 食物presentation非常大陣象靚靚, 第一時間當然衝去食海鮮🦞: 海蝦, 瀨尿蝦, 翡翠螺, 長腳蟹, 藍青口, 波士頓龍蝦, 小龍蝦仲有生蠔. 🤤🤤近排食過幾個酒店buffet, 今晚嘅海鮮可以話係十分高質. 淨係瀨尿蝦同長腳蟹剪殼都剪到好忙, 當然唔小得encore波士頓龍蝦, 一拮起原隻龍蝦肉勁新鮮, 除左龍蝦之外, 小龍蝦都啖啖肉, 食海鮮都食飽. >牡丹蝦剌身實在太太太大隻了吧！>熱葷種類多到食唔唒, 蒸魚柳意想不到嫩滑, 邪惡嘅黃金蝦每一round都食, 熱食種類黎講佢嘅出菜率一定係最密🤫.>相比起各類海鮮, Rib Eye有小小失色. 長條印度米有啲薑黃配辣度十足咖哩好好味.&

近排食過幾個酒店buffet, 今晚嘅海鮮可以話係十分高質. 淨係瀨尿蝦同長腳蟹剪殼都剪到好忙, 當然唔小得encore波士頓龍蝦, 一拮起原隻龍蝦肉勁新鮮, 除左龍蝦之外, 小龍蝦都啖啖肉, 食海鮮都食飽.
