生日前夕,朋友請我去深水埗一間日間食點心,夜晚有茶飲,兼且有私房小菜食的一間小店。門口完全不起眼,內裏裝修簡約整潔,我們五個人,店家都俾一張大圓枱,所以坐得好舒服。壁櫃放了一些客人留下的酒,放便客食飯時𣈱飲。朋友好客氣,叫了九樣餸再加幾個點心,個個食到捧住個肚走😋香辣雞煲我哋叫咗小辣一上枱香氣逼人,豉汁蒸蟠龍鱔半條,鱔非常爽脆,豉汁的味道調校到剛剛好,極之惹味,一片接一片、連續食了三片也不學得漏滯。梅菜扣肉~扣肉肥瘦均勻入口即溶,梅菜喺惠州買,師傅用鹹甜梅菜溝埋一齊去蒸,所以不會死鹹或者太甜,呢個值得推介。客家煎釀豆腐,豬肉餡入邊加了鹹魚蓉撈勻後再煎,咸香軟糯,同煎到金黃色嘅豆腐一齊食,簡直係絕配。爆炒福花,走油後,爆炒到乾身,極之惹味非常好食。酥炸生蠔,剛炸起點喼汁食,幾香脆,但就冇乜特別。香煎魚腩粥~粥底煲得幾棉,然後鋪滿煎到香脆的魚腩,幾特別。姬松茸燉雞湯,飲落肯定沒有味精,每燉盅三幾件雞件再加一至兩朵姬松茸,湯頭清甜。莆田炒米粉~米粉加上大量配菜炒得乾身,完全不油膩,好好食👍香煎韭菜餅~餃子皮包着大量的韭菜,香口濃味,我鍾意,最重要係點心全部自家製,有別於出邊茶樓攞貨果D,下次
