檀島vs泰昌檀島一响出名旦撻,但近年泰昌興起,排隊人龍不再。 這旦撻是傳統酥皮,一咬下去,酥皮很薄,十分鬆化;旦漿呈半固體狀,很滑溜,十分香甜,有旦香,由於撻皮薄,相對地,每一口都充滿旦漿,十分滋味; 相對泰昌的是牛油曲奇皮,撻皮厚DD,富牛油味,口感和檀島有所不同,而旦漿則比較固體,旦香無咁明顯。估唔到的驚喜是沙翁咁好食!一如小時候在酒樓點的冰花旦球,表面沾滿沙糖, 一咬:非常鬆軟,又有D脆口,裏面充滿氣孔, ,一陣濃濃的旦香,正呀!現在賣沙翁的地方,已經越來越越少,有得賣而又咁好食的,就更加少了!推介!
