蛋糕帶酒香,拼以檸檬sorbet檸檬sauce有點酸上加酸,不過很refreshing,只是那件薄荷海綿不單味道似牙膏,造型質地更激似洗舊了的3M百潔布,朋友們紛紛大呼倒胃口,其實拆解再重建也許可以輕手些,現在是過於瘋""in",還是我們鄉巴佬不識食..?

甜點的瑕疵不單是整晚笑料,亦成為我們的集體回憶:一個風聲雨聲夾雜笑聲和打嗝聲的美好晚上!
