看過張小姐的十點半馬拉MOI節目, 心癢難耐, 今天就帶小米到大坑這邊, 嚐嚐馬拉美食!     店內客人不多, 反而有很多外賣訂單.還聽到職員打電話逐人通知客人 : 可以拎得啦!檳城炒貴刁   當年在檳城關仔, 姓氏穚, 巴刹的FOOD COURT, MAMAK檔, 主力是<隊> ASAM LAKSA, NASI LEMAK, 魷魚甕菜.偏偏没有嚐過炒粿條KWAY TEOW.   KWAY TEOW=廣東話<貴刁>. 檳城當地是用豬油炒粿條, 但個人覺得<我要健康囉>! 現在豈能用豬油呢!   雖然餐牌上標示有辣椒, 真身其實是不辣. 檳城當地炒粿條都係不加辣呢!   點算配料 : 魚片, 臘腸, 蛋, 火腿, 芽菜, 韮菜.  幼身粿條, 跟泰國PAD THAI, 越南PHO, HK 河粉, 廣州銀記基本同宗, 都是米漿整出來的.  只是煙韌度之別! 有了黑醬油的加持, 啡色炒粿條帶有淡淡的焦糖甜味和香味. 粿條/貴刁夠煙韌彈口, 要多咀嚼几次呢!   而小米最喜歡卻是臘腸和雞蛋............    泰式春卷  大大碟炒粿條

大大碟炒粿條份量很足, 但小米想多加一份小食. 
本想點焗KAYA麵包伴雪糕, 可是小米對奶類敏感, 最後小米選擇春卷. 
一碟6件配泰式雞醬. 
餡料是蔬菜素菜系列, 熱辣辣上枱, 配甜辣雞醬~正! 
香口小食勁邪惡! 

嚐過東南亞風味的午餐後, 要去姨媽傢俬入貨了!
