首先嚟個前菜
黑菎蒻口感彈口又有啲爽爽哋加埋酸酸地麻醬食係幾開胃,露荀食落好帶有木魚花香味有一種清新感覺!山芋當中係最濃味醬汁較多所以最後先食!

竟然食到平政魚實在太驚喜,就算去到日本都唔易搵到!介紹吓先呢條魚先,口感肥嫩有啲似油甘魚但係就唔會咁濃比較爽口.唔知下次仲有冇咁好彩食到

成隻手掌咁大嘅鮑魚已經上碟啦,睇完成個制作過程!好心急想食咗佢~鮑魚雖然大但係肉一啲都唔韌,有淡淡嘅海水味,鮑魚味比起南非鮑魚再濃一啲。建議唔點汁食一件先之後可以試吓點一點個海鮮汁.食落又唔同晒!少少酸少少蕃茄味少少辣,一隻咁大嘅鮑魚三兩吓就食晒

廚師放咗個兜仔喺鐵板上面一打開原來係油,細心度完油溫之後,就將金刁魚去放入去,因為用新油炸所以炸出嚟會好清香,打開蓋嘅時候見炸外皮金黃色而鱗片都變到好似花一樣,魚脂平均食喺上嚟較滑身,加埋一個加有香草嘅醬汁所以減少咗熱氣感,味道配合到魚嘅味道.

點解地球咁多人鍾意食日本嘢,睇個甜品都精緻過人.就知道嬴晒啦...
本人真心唔鍾意太甜嘅甜品~呢個個金箔波波,有黃豆粉黑糖,波波質感似似地魔芋好QQ,係一個唔太甜嘅甜品,太太見到好開心見到佢咁開心我都好開心食貴啲都值得!

其實等食嘅途中店員都會好細心解釋食物來源,方式係好似朋友一樣.可以講吓笑,我本人覺得呢一樣係無價!亦都係其他地方唔能夠copy到!櫻花下飲吓食吓最傾吓計,明白點解呢間嘢叫櫻花。
