五一假期到吉吉島逛街,午餐於夢見屋。和上次一樣,點了一客炙燒三文魚茶漬飯定食,另點櫻花特飲及甜品各一。田園沙律無乜特別,酸酸的都算醒胃。漬物酸瓜酸中帶辣,比預期惹味。主食炙燒三文魚茶漬飯,於飯中適量加入鯛魚清湯,再伴上紫菜海帶吃其實都幾好味,只是三文魚份量少了一點。追加鹽漬櫻花梳打一杯,鮮紅通透顔色頗爲搶眼,面上放有一小片櫻花瓣作點題之用。口味方面,花香不突出,只是一杯紅色帶甜的梳打凍飲。甜品櫻花慕斯杯,口味更甜更「人工」,慕斯口感很實,似布甸多一點,不過不大好吃,筆者對餐廳的櫻花系列有㸃失望。
