To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第n次食，而家有得係OpenRice reserve table方便好多。以前電話約要等最少2星期。最近開始攪啲優惠，總之就係星期五、六、日最抵！咁啱我去嗰日係星期四所以多唔多人等位，不過坦白講其實佢都唔貴又唔使一定要等最抵先食點解佢咁好味！呢個烤鴨真係冇得頂，比起其他出品許片嘅皮薄同埋脆，而且凍咗都keep到。大都烤鴨名物果木燻烤片皮鴨，以明火掛爐及果木燻烤方式烤製，更備有「鴨架十食」多款招牌食法。另外我都會推介佢個小籠包，皮非常薄但你點夾都唔會穿窿。

點解佢咁好味！
呢個烤鴨真係冇得頂，比起其他出品許片嘅皮薄同埋脆，而且凍咗都keep到。大都烤鴨名物果木燻烤片皮鴨，以明火掛爐及果木燻烤方式烤製，更備有「鴨架十食」多款招牌食法。另外我都會推介佢個小籠包，皮非常薄但你點夾都唔會穿窿。
