今晚朋友建議在馬車會所提前做冬,大家都攜眷出席,你一句我一句,熱鬧非常,互相問好。會員朋友早前已訂了餸菜: 鮮蟹肉炒桂花~炒得乾身又不油膩,生中蝦粉絲煲~中蝦香脆粉絲可口,秋菊太史蛇羹~味美清甜,清蒸金虎斑~蒸得剛熟很滑,枝竹羊腩煲~有枝竹馬蹄卻欠了竹荀,羊腩有嚼勁,孖寶伴炸子雞~以蝦多士和炸芋角伴碟,又脆又香口,炸子雞肉滑有嚼感,上湯浸豆苗~很清淡的一道菜,衆人愛之,原煲油鴨臘味煲飯~大大舊的油鴨比較鹹,用來伴飯也不錯,蛋白杏仁茶~不甜的杏仁茶好似忘了放糖🤭意猶未盡加添薑汁糕來完結這頓歡樂聚餐。
