我一月中去試下馬車會既西餐部,服務態度好好。地方寬敞,環境清淨,仲有outside area,如果要食煙可以出去座。當日我哋6個人去食,唔記得預早留定生蠔,結果都唔夠一打,但d生蠔都幾好幾新鮮,size應該係No.2。食完生蠔就飲返個湯先,個洋蔥湯比想像中濃郁好多,芝士又多正,餐包有成3-4款,牛油都有2款選擇。之後食咗D小食,有Parma Ham,同雞翼等,跟住我哋叫D主菜share食,有煙燻鱈魚,牛脷,羊架同A5和牛。

通常離職大部份多數是離職同事請食飯散水餅,但今次倒轉是老細請食散水飯😂⋯⋯馬車會中餐廰只招待會員,而且建築在一幢醫生樓商業大廈,我地這些平民只有拉衫尾先可以食😄環境不用提,有不同大小房間給不同聚會,聴聞西餐都不俗,設在四樓。雖然是午餐,但都豐富,全部由老細落order. 餐牌免啦。這些天氣叫個羊腩煲暖下胃都唔錯,豉油雞煲,例牌燒鵝,清炒豆苗,最後來個例湯。perfect lunch 🍴 羊腩煲:大大舊,份量同外面那些差得遠,通常一煲最多七八舊,而且系細,但這煲起碼十二,三舊,而且size 絕對唔少、啖啖肉,入味,配料,枝竹,冬菇不俗👍。至於豉油🐔:新鮮的,肉嫩,入味,但係是就偏咸,可能時間問題。燒鵝:四個字:皮脆肉滑👍,豆苗中和番碟豉油雞。總括來講,唔錯。天下無不散,筵席筵席祝同事邁向新目標努力,後會有期💪🏻😭

好友是會員知道我未嚟過馬車會立馬訂枱,仲細心預留叉燒和菠蘿包!今晚最欣賞粟米鮮斑塊,豉油王蝦碌煎米粉,啫啫唐生菜,欖菜炒飯!👍是晚晚餐:蜜汁叉燒-味道肉質都不錯,略嫌不夠半肥瘦,美中不足。粟米鮮斑塊- 斑塊嫩滑,炸粉適中,讚!👍豉油王蝦碌煎米粉- 煎蝦碌外脆,蝦肉爽脆鮮甜,濃郁豉油香充満蝦殻。欖角骨- 欖角惹味,又係嫌排骨略瘦,肥啲會增甘香。瑤柱炒桂花- 不過不失!啫啫唐生菜- 唐生菜仍保持爽脆,蝦醬鹹香味適中,有鑊氣!欖菜肉碎炒飯- 夠乾身!👍菠蘿包- 真有菠蘿,仲係新鮮菠蘿!👍🥰椰子雪糕紅豆沙😋😋😋
