To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 由新界元朗漸漸擴大版圖,延伸至港島及九龍也有它的蹤影。 1) 大碗麵包含十款餸:豬腸、魚蛋、雞翼、蘿蔔、豬皮、豬紅、雞翼尖、紅腸、菜心及魷魚。 2) 三餸麵 + 生菜魚肉湯底用老雞、豬筒骨、雞腳、果皮及其他藥材熬製而成。由於混雜多種材料,味道亦偏濃厚,難以辨別原始材料。另外,各樣材料的甜度都有點太過,有點像台灣麵食的口味。 餐牌上也有很多小食加選,生菜魚肉便是其中之一。鯪魚肉比外間做得更加爽彈,玻璃生菜也是片片精瑩。此外,港式奶茶的茶底十分正宗。 「有些事,一萬年也不會變。」充滿甜味的車仔麵也會遇到懂得欣賞的人。
