To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔講咁多，放張相先。—————————————————————————————————————————————ㅤ少失望，炸雞扒燶到咁真係食唔落，最後要搣晒啲皮食。ㅤ飯太多，但餸就細份左啲，比例改善下會好好多。ㅤ另外有跟個miso soup算唔錯，比起之前有改善（見其他食評講），基本上都滿一碗嘅。ㅤ寫出黎係希望店家有改善，唔係推介都做唔好，又點說服其他人再幫襯？ㅤ我見啲好評入面嘅相，明明啲雞扒都炸得幾燶，但奇怪嘅係竟然冇一個人提，奇怪奇怪。———————————————————————
