星期六黎銅鑼行街,行到咁上下又係開餐既時間。見到依間雞翼轉門店,梗係要試下啦。我地揀左2份8隻雞翼餐:第一份8隻雞翼餐,一半原味,一半脆皮。口味揀左:甜香蒜味原味雞翼好香蒜味又帶點辣,又有點香蔥味,好惹味。雞肉仲嫩,一d都唔鞋。脆皮雞翼因爲表面有層薄薄既漿包住,所以幫助鎖水,肉更滑。美式孜味,配原味雞翼,帶咸香,又有少少甜,唔似平時食開中式既孜味帶有一個所謂「格肋底」味,好食d😁(咸香)配脆皮,更入味,可能係因為多少少油配個孜味粉,味道更提升。8隻雞翼餐,一半原味,一半脆皮。口味揀左:北京填鴨味原味既雞翼配北京填鴨醬,食落去似甜醬再加薑味,好似北京填鴨啊,不過只係食緊雞。如果食脆皮配依個醬會更似,因為炸左多少少油,似返北京填鴨既少少肥味。墨西哥辣椒醬老公讚好味,佢雖然辣,但辣得黎有種甜味,再加上甜青椒和蕃茄味,依個就係墨西哥醬既特色。配蜜糖芥末醬Combo 薯條加可樂薯條超脆,點落去blue cheese sauce ,勁香。個陣blue cheese 味勁濃郁,blue cheese 迷不能錯過!薯條點蜜糖芥末醬都好好味,偏蜜糖味重,我鐘意😋我再點左蕃薯波,好正呀,外面脆皮,裡面係真

口味揀左:

原味雞翼好香蒜味又帶點辣,又有點香蔥味,好惹味。
