Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雞煲加火鍋在近幾年變得密不可分,大家又吃過邊幾間呢?位於太子的亞南雞煲原來在雞煲火鍋盛行之前已經開業很久。主打大中小辣的雞煲,而且雞煲款式非常多元化,還有湯雞煲系列的喔。配以多款新鮮配料打邊爐非常吸引,除此以外亦有特色小食,可以一次大飽口福。別看店面好像很細,走到店最入面有可坐8個人的桌子。飲品方面,這裡有各色各樣的都很適合吃火鍋時喝,當然也有酒精類飲品。另外還有超大杯的 凍檸檬茶 (HKD 33)檸檬片之外亦有一片青檸﹐非常清新得來都幾解喝。在等待雞煲的時間可以先吃點小食。冰鎮墨魚鬚 (HKD 65) & 脆皮牛腩 (HKD 88)墨魚鬚的軟硬度適中,口感很彈牙,再加上麻辣的調味很醒胃惹味,辣度是剛好。外層炸得酥脆的牛腩內裡很軟嫩,肉味亦很濃,都值得一試呢。麻辣亞南雞煲 (HKD 208/細煲) 用上了半隻冰鮮雞並加上新鮮雞雞雜,先煮5分鐘再拌勻後享用。小辣的雞煲對於不太吃到辣的朋友都能夠入口。雞肉亦很入味,肉質也很細膩。加上了洋蔥、芫茜等配料,味道層次更豐富,不是只有一味的辣,足夠惹味。想吃得再豪華點的我們還加了8隻日本刺身級的帶子 (HKD 216) 和大花蜆 (HKD 98)看

配以多款新鮮配料打邊爐非常吸引,除此以外亦有特色小食,可以一次大飽口福。

墨魚鬚的軟硬度適中,口感很彈牙,再加上麻辣的調味很醒胃惹味,辣度是剛好。
外層炸得酥脆的牛腩內裡很軟嫩,肉味亦很濃,都值得一試呢。

小辣的雞煲對於不太吃到辣的朋友都能夠入口。雞肉亦很入味,肉質也很細膩。
加上了洋蔥、芫茜等配料,味道層次更豐富,不是只有一味的辣,足夠惹味。
想吃得再豪華點的我們還加了8隻日本刺身級的帶子 (HKD 216) 和大花蜆 (HKD 98)
看著很飽滿的帶子,吃起來很鮮嫩,大花蜆亦很鮮甜。

如果你是喜歡喝湯的話可以點湯雞煲系列。
蟲草花野生竹笙花膠濃湯鷄煲 (HKD 668) 喝起來很清甜濃郁的湯。
口感脆嫩的野生竹笙很大條,吸收了湯的精華更可口。
還有膠原滿滿的花膠十分爽滑彈牙。這個雞煲用的更是新鮮雞,肉質就更為嫩滑。

吃完雞煲仍然意猶未盡,當然是開始吃火鍋吧。
先來兩碟肉 手切極品肥牛 (HKD 318/大) & 極品黑豚肉 (HKD 188/小) 
均勻的油花令牛香味濃,略略在火鍋灼一下就能吃到入口軟嫩的肥牛。
不吃牛的話,肉質細緻的黑豚肉也是不錯的選擇喔。

極品手打蝦滑 (HKD 88) & 蟹籽墨魚滑 (HKD 78)
彈牙的蝦滑和墨魚滑都是火鍋必吃之選,吃起來很真材實料。
另外脆卜卜的 炸魚皮 (HKD 48) 也是不能少,這都很大塊,不會都碎掉。
