Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 今日放咗工諗住獎勵一下自己同朋友嚟到沙田麗豪酒店嘅濠餐廳食自助餐一入到嚟喺門口附近已經見到唔少精緻有趣嘅打卡位返工所累積落嚟嘅疲憊感都一掃而空餐廳嘅室內環境清潔乾淨設計簡約優雅未品嚐到佢嘅食物之先已經有令人賓至如歸嘅感覺落地玻璃外仲可以見到唔少賓客一家大細喺游泳池暢泳氣氛樂也融融食物方面無論係種類定係味道都令人滿意餐廳嘅面積唔算太大但一般嘅中西日式食物都齊備當日甚至見到比較少見嘅清真食物可以話係麻雀雖小五藏俱全我自己就比較鍾意餐廳嘅海鮮佢嘅貝殼類食物例如蜆肉同螺肉都保持到鮮味食落爽口彈牙保持到唔錯嘅性價比熟食方面就比較鍾意DIY烏冬佢有一個位置可以比食客挑選自己鍾意嘅食材再由廚師親自烹調一碗DIY烏冬食落熱辣辣湯味濃郁甜品方面同樣令人滿意餐廳久唔久就會有廚師推出一度新鮮調製嘅甜品我當日就有幸試到佢嘅忌廉雪糕蛋糕實在係一日之中嘅小確幸
