To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這店新開張時食過幾次飯，覺得都是連鎖餐廳食物質素沒什麼特別。最近再次幫襯，竟有意外驚喜。首先menu中有很多不同類型套餐選擇，有麻辣係列，我選了微辣肥牛椒麻伴麵，十分醒胃。也叫了一個紅燒牛肉麵套餐，牛肉牛筋腩分配平均，而且炆得好唔錯，既有香濃牛肉味也容易入口。還再加一個黑松露魚柳飯套餐，黑松露mustard醬加上炸魚柳，味道雖然ok，但mustard味已蓋過黑松露香味。每個餐都配有特式飮品。總括而言，這次覺得食物味道和種類比以前豐富很多。
