帶屋企人去食buffet,本來想去試下朗豪酒店既自助餐,但係因為做緊芝士主題唔係咁啱老人家所以就改嚟呢一間選擇呢一間嘅最主要原因係因為多款式,可以適合一家人唔同嘅口味平日自助午餐都坐左8成滿, 呢間酒店位於紅磡當然包括唔少內地食客。 款式由冷盤,粥粉麵,牛扒,炸物,意粉,Pizza都一應俱全。是日有兩款生蠔,每人每次限拎兩隻, 一個師傅負責洗,一個師傅負責開,速度都相當快,人龍Keep住7個左右。至於日式壽司嘅角落就比較細,刺身款式亦唔係好多, 有一啲好似放咗一陣嘅壽司卷物,有冷麵,螺肉, 細細兜畀客人拎。我試咗三文魚刺身,質素過得去,好鮮甜又唔算,一般啦。值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅榴槤甜品有好多,而最有特色係即製榴槤班戟,廚師落嘅榴槤餡好大嚿,可以揀原味嘅皮或者班蘭味嘅皮。除咗班戟亦有榴槤蛋糕,榴槤撻等等,適合愛好榴槤嘅人 總括而言,呢間酒店嘅自助餐勝在款式真係比出面多,至於質素就唔算好突出。
